Taylar Stallings has been an elite power lifter for over five years and has held 10 ALL TIME WORLD RECORDS spanning across four different weight classes.

Stallings was a thrower at the University of South Florida where she excelled in the disciplines of shot put, discus, hammer and weight throw. In 2006 and 2008, she was a two year NCAA Track and Field National qualifier becoming 26th and 13th in the Nation for the discus. She was also named Athlete of the Year in her senior year at USF.

In 2012, Taylar began her CrossFit career where she embarked in numerous competitions consistently placing in the Top 3. Taylar also qualified for the Crossfit Southeast Regionals in 2013 and 2014 finishing a respectful 13th and 5th.

She was later signed to play in the first ever season of the National Professional Grid League with the DC Brawlers just after finishing the 2014 Regionals Campaign. Taylar's Team won the Championship in the initial season and she was named league’s First MVP for Best Barbell Specialist in 2014 & 2015, First Team All-Grid in 2014 & 2015 and Second Team All-Grid in 2016.

Stallings is currently the Director of Coaching at One EW Elite Fitness and Wellness. Her credentials are AFPA personal training, CF Level 1 and CF Football.
